1. SPECIAL PERMIT USE APPLICATION - Under Sections 402.2(b) & 228
    to allow double drive-through facilities associated with a proposed 12,900
    sq. ft. retail pharmacy building on land located at 972 Silver Lane & 403 Forbes
    Street.

2. MAJOR FLOOD HAZARD DEVELOPMENT PERMIT – Under Section 601
    to allow construction of bituminous concrete access driveways and parking lots,  
     concrete sidewalks and retaining walls, installation of new site utilities, storm-water     
     drainage system, landscaping associated with the construction of 103,000 square foot     
     magnet high school and attached three level parking garage on land located at 1-5    
     Riverside Drive, 84 & 90 Colt Street.

3. ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION - to Design Development District      
    I (DDD1) regulations under Section 603.4.3.a.1, “Minimum Threshold Limits for     
    Application” to specifically eliminate the requirement that subject parcel shall abut an   
    existing Design Development District.
   Applicant: Goodwin College, Inc.
